SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Methods & Costs We ship all orders via USPS Media Mail, which is specifically designed for books and educational materials. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. Orders $50 and up qualify for FREE shipping!

Processing & Delivery Timeline Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, most packages arrive within 5-8 business days via USPS Media Mail. You'll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Holiday Delays Please note that holidays may impact delivery times. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days.

Address Accuracy Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at donnasbookcorner@gmail.com. We will attempt to correct the address if your order has not yet shipped.

Return Requests Items may be returned within 90 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us at donnasbookcorner@gmail.com. Returned items must be in their original condition.
