Here are a few things readers often want to know before adopting a book from Donna’s Book Corner.
Are your books new or used?
Our books are pre-loved and individually inspected. We describe their condition as Like New, Very Good, or Good, and include more details on each product page.
Are the book photos of the actual copy?
Some listings include our own photographs of the exact book available, while others use publisher or stock cover images supplied through our ISBN catalog importer. A stock cover image is for reference and may not show the condition of the individual copy. Please refer to the condition rating and description in each listing, and contact us if you'd like more information or photos before ordering.
Where do you ship, and how much does it cost?
We ship within the United States using USPS Media Mail. Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Orders of $50 or more qualify for automatic free shipping. On a first eligible order of $25 or more, use code WELCOME25 at checkout for free shipping.
When will my book ship?
We generally prepare orders within 1–2 business days.
What if the book doesn't match its listing during your final check?
We take one more look before your book leaves our shelves. If we discover something that doesn't match its description, we'll email you with photos and options. We won't send that book without your approval.
What if I need to return a book?
We offer a 90-day return window with no restocking fee. Please see our full return policy for complete terms.
